Welcome to DeepBook. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DeepBook.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use DeepBook. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you post. By posting, you give DeepBook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service. You confirm you own the content or have permission to share it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You must not post illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or infringing content, harass others, spam, impersonate people, or try to hack, scrape or disrupt the service.

4. Monetization and earnings

• Monetization becomes available after your account reaches 1,000 followers and 10,000 views, or when approved by DeepBook.
• Earnings are calculated using the rate shown in the app and may change.
• Withdrawals are reviewed and paid by the administrator. A minimum withdrawal amount applies.
• Fake views, fake followers, bots or any attempt to manipulate earnings will result in earnings being withheld and the account being banned.

5. Ads

DeepBook may show ads and sponsored content in your feed.

6. Moderation and termination

We may remove content, limit features, withhold earnings or suspend/ban accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app or the Delete Account page. Unpaid earnings are forfeited on deletion.

7. Disclaimer

DeepBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or any specific level of earnings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepBook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
